[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index] Re: [Xen-API] XCP 1.5: Physical memory not showing up - Solved
Found the problem: xe host-dmesg shows: (XEN) Command line: iommu=verbose loglvl=all mem=1024M dom0_max_vcpus=4 dom0_mem=752M lowmem_emergency_pool=1M crashkernel=64M@32M console= vga=mode-0x0311 So this is a boot (kernel) command line option. Had a difficult time finding where it is set, finally came to /boot/extlinux.conf. Where is this documented? Spent a good time searching for this on the web, found detailed reference for the boot command options - but none info on where to enter them. Finally found the file when poking around on the machine. Having the file name I could find others on the internet having had similar problems. IMHO, this should be a part of the standard documentation for Xen/XCP - where to change the hypervisor boot-options - and easily searchable as well. Thanks anyhow, Johann. ----- Upprunaleg skilaboà ----- FrÃ: "JÃhann Fannberg" <johannf@xxxxxxxxxx> Til: xen-api@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: MÃnudagur, 19.
