[Xen-API] Is it possible to upgrade from XCP 1.1 to 1.6 easily?

I have a pool with 5 XCP 1.1 servers and wish to upgrade to 1.6.

Is it possible? Do I have to check anything?

I have done some fixes to work with XenCenter.
