Hi All

We are running several pools with XCP 1.6 and XS 6.2, with NFS-based storage, and we have daily snapshots of each VM. We have 15 snapshots, and when we create one, we delete the oldest.
Weekly we backup the content of each SR using DDAR (http://www.synctus.com/ddar/), which is basically a tar of the directory. But, correct me if I'm wrong, when we create a new snapshot of any VM, the "ddar" of the SR is no longer valid, as a new VHD has been added to the chain, and the oldest has been removed.
Would it be possible to go back in time in the VHD chain? We use the DDAR for Disaster Recover of the storage system.
If it's not possible, then we will change the DR procedure to snapshot the VM and then create the backup with DDAR in a daily basis.

Thanks in advance and kind regards
