[Xen-API] API call to set the Default SR of a pool

Hi all ,
    1)  Is there any API call to set the Default SR of a pool ?

xe command 
xe pool-param-set uuid=<pool-uuid> default-SR=<sr-uuid>
  
     2) Can a Xenserver be a part of multiple XenPool configurations ? If so what is the limit ?.
