When a VM (xenU) is shutdown or reboot from within (shutdown -h now, or reboot),
the 'System Halted' or 'Restarting system.' messages appears on the console;
however, it does not seem to quite shutdown all the way until the 'xm list'
command is issued on the Dom0 console, at which point the remote console if
finally exited. I have not seen this on the stable release, only on the 
unstable.
