Using Arun's patch, I was able to complete the build on x86_64. However, Dom0 is
unable to boot; it does not get past the 'Memory Scrubbing' messages:

(XEN) Scrubbing Free RAM: ....................................done.
(XEN) *** Serial input -> DOM0 (type 'CTRL-a' three times to switch
input to Xen).
 Xen: 0000000000000000 - 000000001f400000 (usable)
