I needs to correct some information:

 - The file transferred is large ( 30 MB) (not  3MB as I posted at the 
beginning).

Also I tried scping the same file on xen 2.0 ( stable ) in another machine. It
worked fine (no matter the transfer from dom0 to domU OR from outside to somU).
