Hien, it's been a long time since anyone used rsh (people use ssh now) but I 
think
you don't have the necessary permissions setup right in order to rsh. Check your
permissions and whether you allow it vi pam, etc. This is very unlikely to be a
xen bug - more of a setup of rsh issue.
