How do you trigger this bug? Just booting a dom0? starting an SMP domU?

No good can come of enabling SMT in the guest kernel, but it shouldn't crash 
things. Scheduling of VCPUs is probably best left to Xen, but we could do 
better 
by modifying the Linux scheduler to favour low numbered VCPUs.
