Could you connect a serial console to this box and log the output with a boot
config similar to the following? 

title Xen 3 / XenLinux 2.6
  kernel /xen-3.0.gz dom0_mem=262146 com1=115200,8n1
  module /vmlinuz-2.6.12.6 ro root=/dev/sda1 console=ttyS0,115200
  module /initrd-2.6.12.6.img
