mkinitrd behaves differently on differently on different distros (Suse and
centos for example). This most likely should be left for an installer outside
the install.sh and left to a distro specific installer. In addition, some
modules are compiled into default Cambridge build

Centos mkinitrd

mkinitrd --builtin=ata_piix --omit-scsi-modules /boot/initrd-2.6.12.6-xen0.img
2.6.12.6-xen0

SLES mkinitrd

mkinitrd -k vmlinuz-2.6.12.6-xen0 -i initrd-2.6.12.6-xen0.img -m ''
