console output of xen booting and dom0 crashing

With changeset 7769, i see the same problem.  

16-way Xeon MP 3.00 GHz
16GB ram

default dom0 config except CONFIG_SMP=y and CONFIG_NR_CPUS=32
PAE is ON

the problem occurs when dom0 tries to boot
