Bug detailed description:
--------------------------
In "xm create" script, we set vcpus=0, then create a domU,
there is no warning information when domU boots in console or log.


Reproduce steps:
----------------
(1) boot service OS
(2)xend start
(3)set vcpus=0 in "xm create" script
(4)xm create



Current result:
----------------
There is no warning information for a wrong configure.


Expected result:
----------------
a warning in console or in log to reminder user to config correctly.
