Bug detailed description:

In changeset 8613, "xm restore" could not work. When run command "xm restore", 
An error message will be show: 

Error: /usr/lib/xen/bin/xc_restore 10 16 5 18432 1 2 failed


Reproduce steps:

(1)xm create <domU>
(2)xm save aaa
(3)xm restore aaa


Current result:
----------------
an error message has reportd

----------------
No error
