But on boot system halts instantly when grub shoul load hypervisoy (xen-3.0.gz).

Is there a way to debug such situation ?

Tried testCD and it also halts, but this one seems like it would be at grub
prompt.

Computer works OK with stock SuSE 10.0 (kernel 2.6.13-15.7-smp).
