Fix for 13_create_multinic_pos.py for HVM

This patch, already sent to xen-devel, fixes the 13_create_multinic_pos.py test
for HVM. It sets the maximum vifs to 8, which is all qemu-dm by default will
handle. It also uses the correct vif config for HVM. 

This doesn't handle Xend not recovering well to qemu-dm exiting with an error.
This also doesn't explain why the dump happened.
