This is a very common result of a misconfigured dom0 kernel.  Please use the
default kernel built by Xen (at least as a sanity check against your own 
config).

I'm going to close this as WORKSFORME because it's not necessarily a bug. 
Please try the xen-user list for help with troubleshooting your particular
kernel config.
