Bug detailed description:
--------------------------
After created & destroyed a VMX domain for more than about 50 times, though 
there is no VMX domain alive, I cannot 
create any VMX domain.It complains "Error: Device creation failed for domain"

[root@vt-px5 vmx_test]# xm li

Reproduce steps:

1. create a VMX domain and then destroy it for more than 50 times on IA-32e


Current result:

the domain cannot be created


Expected result:

the domain can be created
