I too am having the same issue, but I am running this in a VMWare virtual
machine.
Running "find grub.conf" returns "File not found"
Running "configfile (<TAB>" returns "fd0 hd0 cd"
adding /<TAB> allows me to 'browse' the CD.

I am tryinfg the Xen 3 Demo LiveCD.
