The machine is a Dell 2850 with 2 dual Xeon CPUs and 8GB of RAM. id did not
like the 32 bit version of Xen. 

Tried a manual install with PAE enabled - same crash results.

I installed CentOS4 x86_64 instead and manually compiled and installed 3.0.2-2
from source.

Except for the occasional errand IRQ not handled error in logs, system is VERY
stable. 

Created 4 domains, but can't use the python tools that come with FC5
(xenguest-install and pygrub) so manually configured it all.

Will give more details if anybody is interested.
