Tested with iperf client on xen machine and servers elsewhere and performance
is worse with frequently no transmission from one domaain until the other has
completed.

xm top shows 11 and 14% CPU with memory within bounds.

Interesting to note: BW over network is 65 Mbs and between xen guest and dom0
is 225 Mbs in TCP tests.
