The JS21 has a unique SDA controller than our other machines that use IDE.
The disk can be mounted and some disk activity succeeds but using it as rootfs
cause random user application failures.
I'd love to blame the IOMMU (U4 rather that the U3 on our IDE machines), but
net activity is stable and has been pushed pretty hard, we currently use
nfsroot file systems for JS21 with good results.
