When I attempt to install an OS with HVM, VNC crashes when ASCII control
characters are sent.  This happens with both Linux and Windows guests.  I am
using Chicken of the VNC and VNCViewer on OSX 10.4.  This did not happen with
version 3.0.2, but appeared in 3.0.3.
