As arranged with Ian, I am cleaning bugzilla.

This bug has not been dealt with for over a year, so it's closed now as
wontfix.

My personal opinion: I might not be seeing some detail about the memory
managament, but somehow it sounds like requesting to disable "rm -rf /". 
But, should "rm -rf ./" also be disallowed, because it can make very severe
damage, too, when run in /, /etc, /usr, ...?

That's just a metaphor for: It's unclear what the minimal allowed memory should
be.

I am therefore closing it now, it could be reopened with an explanation on how
to fix it.
