Have you rebuilt your tools from scratch and reinstalled them?  This was an
issue with the unified framebuffer handling code in Xend that was fixed last
week.

Again, I thought that was fixed. Can you check that this is with a fresh build
of the tools, and if so please post the domain configuration?

That's a known problem - qemu doesn't support save and restore of USB devices
yet. :( 

BTW, posting to xen-devel is a much better way of communicating new issues;
bugzilla reports are mostly used as a place to store crash dumps/log files on
known issues.
