Still happens with Xen-unstable (as of March 2007):

# modprobe 8250
FATAL: Error inserting 8250
(/lib/modules/2.6.18-xen/kernel/drivers/serial/8250.ko): Device or resource
busy


I have "Disable serial port drivers" disabled in Xen kernel submenu:

[ ] Disable serial port drivers
