 The bug exists only on SMP Windows XP, UP windows XP is OK. It exists on both
PAE and IA32e systems. 

I also tried to use 'xm vcpu-pin' to pin each of the guests VCPUs to a) the
same physical CPU; b) different physical CPUs, and "vcpu-pin" cannot fix this
problem.

The windows is XP with ACPI HAL.
