This part of the bug report is wrong:

The problem began when xen was updater from:
Feb 23 18:58:52 Updated: xen-libs.x86_64 3.0.3-6.fc6
Feb 23 18:59:00 Updated: xen.x86_64 3.0.3-6.fc6

to (from yum.log):
Mar 20 09:25:23 Updated: xen-libs.x86_64 3.0.3-8.fc6
Mar 20 09:25:55 Updated: xen.x86_64 3.0.3-8.fc6

Because I've downgraded to previous versions and the problem persist
