http://bugzilla.xensource.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=994 Summary: rtl8139 problems with OpenBSD as HVM guest Product: Xen Version: unspecified Platform: Other OS/Version: other Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: Unspecified AssignedTo: xen-bugs@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ReportedBy: dmartin@xxxxxxxxxxxx running OpenBSD as an HVM guest produces this error message every 10 seconds or so: re0: watchdog timeout this stops the network for a few seconds every time it happens, so it makes this network interface very slow. Using the ne2k_pci interface works fine (but limited to 10Mbps). I think the problem is with the rtl8139 emulation not providing watchdog information as expected by OpenBSD. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.xensource.com/bugzilla/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug, or are watching the assignee. _______________________________________________ Xen-bugs mailing list Xen-bugs@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://lists.xensource.com/xen-bugs
