Hi, is this still a problem for you?

I'm not entirely sure that this is "supposed" to behave well: pausing the
domain just stops it being scheduled for ages without telling it.  Quite
possibly this is going to confuse its time subsystem in various ways.  Now that
suspend / resume is available it might be better to do that (although perhaps
the problem you saw has been fixed in some other way now...)
