Thanks for reporting this, Gawain.  Sorry it's taken so long to get back to
you.  I'm in the process of trying to clear up some of the open bugs in the
database.

Would you like to submit a patch with a DCO signoff (e.g. like Signed-off-by:
Your Name <your.email@xxxxxxx>) on xen-devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx so that it can
be picked up by the mainline tree?  Alternatively I can tweak it and submit it
myself - I'll do that if I don't hear back from you.
