http://bugzilla.xensource.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1004 eddie.johnson@xxxxxxxxxxxxx changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|NEW |ASSIGNED ------- Comment #4 from eddie.johnson@xxxxxxxxxxxxx 2007-07-03 07:55 ------- You should, still, try everything on an up to date version of Fedora and Xen before posting a bug report to them, and try to ask the user lists for help. I have installed Xen for Fedora 6 and 7 (Gui). All works fine. ------------------------------------- Where do you read the error message exactly? What else can be read in the Xen log files? The error appears on screen as the server is trying to boot and if I do not type ctrl-z it will continue to display itself in a loop. -------------------------------------- What processor is built into the system you are using (that seems to be imprtant when debugging such a hardware-related feature)? Vendor_id: AuthenticAMD; cpu family: 15; model: 79; model name: AMD(tm) 64 Porcessor 3800 -------------------------------------- Even then, ypu should add more info to the bug #1004 (which I just found when researching for your problem) instead of keeping this one open. #1004 is already about missing powernow support, and, if not the newest, at least a newer version. I also found the mailing list posts you mentioned and will add this info to the bug #1004. Yes, I saw this on the list but made the decision to create my own. But this is not a problem as long as I get resolution, period. Lastly, I will post the same information to Fedora Developers and I cannot look at Xen.log files because I re-installed Fedora 5. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.xensource.com/bugzilla/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug, or are watching the assignee. _______________________________________________ Xen-bugs mailing list Xen-bugs@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://lists.xensource.com/xen-bugs
