I've actually gotten this error message on several versions of the 2.6.22
kernel (all of them opensuse packaged, from their update sources).  Both the
original install kernel (the version number of which I don't remember off the
top of my head), and the most recent update kernel (2.6.22-5.31-xen) were
subject to this bug.

Can you confirm that the bug is fixed in the 2.6.23 tree?  Or only that the
error message is gone (which leaves open the possibility that the bug may still
exist)?  Please excuse the scepticism, but I have run into cases in the past
where error messages have been eliminated, while the bugs that triggered them
remained...
