attempts @ HVM installs FreeBSD 6.3-RELEASE & 7.0-RC1 exhibit the same problem
under Xen 3.1.2 (Fedora8 Dom0, '3.1.2-1.fc8') on amd64.

tried various combos of OS_Type/Variant (generic/generic, unix/freebsd6) with
no luck ...
