we got lots of logs for l1e flags conflict as following, which makes hvm
guest very very slow and blocks our test.

(XEN) mtrr.c:565:d3 Conflict occurs for a given guest l1e flags:67 at 1f322000
(the effective mm type:6), because the host mtrr type is:0
(XEN) printk: 6763 messages suppressed.
(XEN) mtrr.c:565:d3 Conflict occurs for a given guest l1e flags:80000067 at
1f000000 (the effective mm type:6), because the host mtrr type is:0
