Change Set: xen unstable 17445
Hardware: paxville/clovertown

Bug detailed description:
--------------------------
if boot suse10.2 guest with config vnc=0,it will hang at the point as the
picture attached, with config vnc=1,vncconsole=1, guest can boot with no
problem.

Reproduce steps:
----------------
1) prepare a suse10.2 image 
2) config vnc=0 and create HVM guest
