Bug detailed description:
--------------------------
Guest OS will hang if we did Save/Restore on it. After Restoring it hangs,but
it's state is "-b-----".


Reproduce steps:
----------------
1) install xen with xen changeset318409
2) reboot and boot up a HVM guest with either qcow image or local image.
3) save and retore it.
