Bug detailed description:

With xen-3.2.2-rc4 (#16984),if we add cdrom to disk option like
"disk=['tap:qcow:/share/qcow.img,hda,w',',hdc:cdrom,r']" in our HVM guest
configure file,Save/Restore this HVM guest will fail. if we do not add cdrom 
and set disk option like "disk=['tap:qcow:/share/qcow.img,hda,w']",then we can
Save/Restore the guest normally.

Reproduce steps:
----------------
1) install xen-3.2.2-rc4 C/S#16984
2) reboot host
3) boot up a HVM guest with cdrom 
4) Save/Restore this guest
