I have the same problem too. My configuration is:

* HP BL25p with 2 Opteron Processors and HP BL 460c with 2 Quad Core Xeon
processors.
* Both servers running debian lenny with Xen 3.2.1 (debian package)
* domUs running debian etch and debian lenny.
