I'm running unstable-branch (3.4) with kernel 2.6.29-rc8. Xen launches fine.
The xen kernel launches fine.

But xend fails to start with 
ERROR Internal error: Could not obtain handle on privileged command interface
(2 = No such file or directory)

It doesn't say what file it's looking for. At least knowing this, I could
confirm this file is present. (My suspicion is that the file is there, and the
this is a tool bug.)
