Steps to reproduce:

1) Pass through iGfx to 32-bit Vista guest (Aero disabled).
2) Run winsat dwm test within guest.  Example -

winsat dwm -normalw 8 -glassw 4 -time 10 -v -fullscreen

3) Guest display related interrupts will not be generated after attempting to
run this test.
4) Turn-off MSI-INTx translation and rerun the guest and all is well; Aero can
be turned on after that.

MSI-INTx doesn't appear to work well with iGfx Vista guest pass-through when
Aero is enabled.
