Bug detailed description:

when assign  82557 NIC to HVM, HVM hang, and dom0 have calltrace. When kill the
HVM, xm pci-list-a still can't find the assigned bdf. Other NIC work fine(i,e 
82572EI). Partiton of calltrace as follows:
