[Xen-bugs] restart xend, xml-rpc fails

Hi,

I am using xend xml-rpc and have to restart the xend, as xend hangs.
The restart of xend reports the port for xml-rpc (for example 9367) is
in use.
The QEMU is listen to this port. Is this a bug?
