[Xen-bugs] [Bug 1546] New: Not able to change the network that the NIC is assigned to on the fly

http://bugzilla.xensource.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1546

Summary: Not able to change the network that the NIC is assigned
                    to on the fly
           Product: Xen
           Version: unstable
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Windows
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Hypervisor
        AssignedTo: xen-bugs@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
        ReportedBy: michele.bellanca@xxxxxxxxxx

Create three networks within the Pool
- 1 - Internal Sys3 Lan
- 2 - DMZ
- 3 - Private network

Assign the network 1 to a VM that is Windows 2008 R2 DC. And ensure the VM
sees the current network and works as expected.
Next click on the VM Network Tab and change the network from 1 internal to 3
private network.

Restart the VM and the VM Operating System (Windows 2008 R2) comes up requiring
a repair.

Expected Result:
User should be able to change the network that the NIC is assigned to on the
fly. This should be no different than a user unplugging a cable from one
network and plugging into another. The VM should be able to handle it.
