I have upgraded the host from:
openSUSE 11.0 (i586)
kernel 2.6.25.20-0.5-xen
xen-3.2.1_16881_04-4.3

to

openSUSE 11.2 (i586)
kernel-xen-2.6.31.12-0.1.1.i586
xen-3.4.1_19718_04-2.1.i586

and the system is running stable for 39 days now.
