This should be a Myricom NIC firmware issue.
After we reflash the firmware of Myricom NIC with new image that Myricom supply
to us, the Xen crash issue is fixed.
Close this bug as fixed.

But ATS feature can not work in guest on current Xen upstream, will open a new
bug for it.
