Bug detailed description:

On our nightly machine (Stoakley),xenu guest can't boot up, it would stop at
some place, and error info does not find out. This bug does not happen against
changeset 21237. 

If comment out "ramdisk" option in xenU config, it can go a little bit further
like:

xm list show it is in "b" stage. So blocked in disk IO operations.
