When starting a VM with the new Xen-API and the keywork "maxmem" in the conf,
the creation just hang.
This bug is reproductible with xm command, from 3.3.0 to 4.0.1, using
serverType = SERVER_XEN_API.

It seems that there is a typo in the file xen/xm/xenapi_create.py
Here is the patch :
