For Westmere-ep and Sandybridge ia32e platform,running a guest with NIC
assigned will cause kernel panic sometimes.This issue has not been seen under
Westmere-ep PAE platform.There are xen call trace on
Westmere-ep ia32e platform as following:

Reproduce steps:
----------------
1.Install the latest xen-unstable (c/s 22415).
2.Assign a NIC to guest.
3.Using xm create config to start guest.
4.Sometimes,we see kernel panic
