So in the boot log, it says:

(XEN) [VT-D]dmar.c:524:   RMRR address range not in reserved memory base =
bbeeb800 end = bbefffff; iommu_inclusive_mapping=1 parame
ter may be needed.

Did you try that parameter?

Second, for the Dom0 crash, can you decode the eip address to find where it
crashes? Here is how you can do it:
